Is Sharebook only for partnerships?+–
No. A workspace works just as well for an individual tracking their own income and expenses, a sole proprietor, or a partnership firm or LLP with many partners. Every entry updates your running balance the moment you add it, so there is nothing to total up at year end.
What happens when my trial ends?+–
Your workspace locks — it doesn't disappear. Every ledger entry, settlement, chat and file is kept exactly as you left it. Pay for a plan and you pick up the same minute you left off.
Is “unlimited members” really unlimited?+–
Yes. Partners, accountants, employees, staff — add as many people to a workspace as your business needs. We price the workspace, never the people in it.
We run more than one business — how does that work?+–
Each business gets its own workspace with its own partners, books and team — completely separated. Every additional workspace on the same account is a flat annual rate, on any plan.
How do reminders and renewal work?+–
We email you 7 days, 3 days and 1 day before your plan ends — you will never be locked out by surprise. Renew with a UPI payment and your workspace continues without a gap.
All prices in INR, inclusive of GST. Early-user offer: your sign-up price is locked for all future renewals. Expired-workspace data is kept for a minimum of 90 days.
